Dhaanish Ahmed Institute of Technology, has established its Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) on the 23.06.2021 as per the guidelines of NAAC. IQAC plays a pivotal role in quality enhancement, sustenance and achieving excellence in higher education.

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) has been functioning actively in Academic and Administrative activities. “Quality Standard” is the major objective of IQAC through continuous monitoring and constant follow-up of undergoing activities. “The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of institution.”

OUR VISION

To excel, Internal Quality Assurance Cell must apply the Quality Standards to all of its operations, including teaching, research, and administration.

OUR MISSION

  • To acknowledge the institution’s requirement to keep up-to-date on improvements to the value they offer in the fields of teaching, learning, and research.

  • To be aware of the necessity of administrative sections’ effectiveness, that lays the groundwork for the institutions’ effective operations.

  • To develop and coordinate successful change strategies based on quality analyses unique to the institution in order to meet market and societal demands.

  • To monitor and document the benefits of change which contributes to the institutions’ development towards international standards.

OBJECTIVES

  • To serve as a nodal agency to establish, advance, and uphold the institution’s academic and administrative standards.
  • To create a process that promotes purposeful, consistent, and catalytic action plans to improve the institution’s academic and administrative performance.
  • To promote institutional quality enhancement and sustainability by internalizing quality culture and institutionalizing best practices.
  • To construct a database and generate documentation for quality improvement.
  • To adopt and promote best practices in addition to making a dedicated window tab on the HEI website for holding NAAC records and files, Peer Team Reports, AQAR, and Certificate of Accreditation Outcomes, and to routinely upload/report on its activities, including hosting the AQAR.

ACTIVITIES

  • The institution’s administrative, research, and higher education components are all discussed at regular intervals in meetings organized by the Institution’s Quality Assurance Committee (IQAC).
  • Promoting quality improvement initiatives and ensuring the involvement of all parties involved, including management, academic staff, administrative staff, students, parents, employers, alumni, and the general public.
  • HEI adoption and dissemination of information on quality, academic and administrative auditing, and follow-up.
  • Planning workshops, seminars, webinars, and training sessions to improve the academic knowledge and professional skills of university faculty, staff, and students.
  • Promoting cooperation with businesses and other academic institutions to raise the standard and viewpoint of the university.
  • Submitting Annual Quality Assurance Reports (AQAR) to NAAC on time.
  • Actively participating, facilitating, and submitting data for the All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE), taking part in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), and the Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements (ARIIA).

  • Ensure a heightened level of clarity and focus in the institutional functioning towards quality enhancement.
  • Ensure the internalization of a quality culture.
  • Ensure the enhancement and coordination among various activities of the institution and institutionalize all good practices.

  • Act as a dynamic system for quality changes in HEIs.
  • Build an organized methodology for documentation and internal communication.
